Which are the steps for repairing a video/audio file?
First step is to use our app Treasured app to diagnose your damaged files.
Treasured generates thumbnails showing the content.
Second step is to request a quote:
Just indicate your email and Treasured will upload a small sample of video to Aero Quartet servers.
Then, the technicians will prepare a preview of the video, and send it via email, including the price quote.
Third step is the easiest of all:
We will prepare a Repair Kit, a small program made specifically to repair your damaged content.
Your Repair Kit will let you repair the videos, and then watch them entirely (with a watermark.)
If you decide to purchase the video, the watermark gets removed.
Which video/audio formats are you able to repair?
Our video/audio repair expertise ranges from professional codecs to other lower quality/legacy ones.
Here’s a quick summary, by file extension:

How much do you usually charge per file?
Price depends mainly on duration of video and recording format.
Service starts at $49 (USD), half of our clients end up paying less than $119 (USD) for their repair.

We are only the developer of the Treasured app and of the Repair Kits.
The software used to deliver the Video Repair Service, is published by Clip Savers SLU, the company who owns the Panoramic Video trademark and hosts this website.
But when using Treasured, you will deal with Aero Quartet:
The important part of the Video Repair Service is the expertise and assistance provided by the technicians.
The technicians are Aero Quartet employees who will determine if your corrupted footage can be repaired and whether original quality will be restored.
If you have special needs — deadline, workflow, insurance — they will work out a plan with you.
Aero Quartet also guarantees the results and offers extended assistance, even after payment is received.
Whether you download the Treasured app from this website or from aeroquartet.com , makes no difference.
Aero Quartet takes full ownership.
