Which are the steps for repairing a video/audio file?
First step is to upload your video through our Add Damaged Clip box. This will start diagnosing your file and generate a thumbnail showing its content.
If your file is repairable, second step is to indicate your email and the location of the file on the cloud.
At our offices, we will prepare a preview of the video, and send it via email, with also the price quote.
Third step is the easiest of all: When quote is approved, you just need to wait a few hours until we repair your file and provide your payment link. Once payment is received, the repaired file can immediately be downloaded.
